Preparation complaint against Microsoft based on the charges of November 24, 2008.

Ogmios Foundation is suing Microsoft for 13 years of monopolistic behavior and price-skimming. This complaint is based on the complaint drawn up earlier by the founder of the foundation Samir Abdalla.

We think that the abuse of EU law by large (American) multinationals should end, says Samir Abdalla.
