Foundation Overview: The Ogmios Foundation is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to promoting fair competition and protecting consumers' interests in the European Union. We are committed to ensuring that the principles of competition, as outlined in EU Art 101 and 102, are upheld, and that the dominance of big tech companies is appropriately regulated to benefit the EU market and its citizens.

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced and passionate Antitrust Attorneys to join our team in the fight against anticompetitive practices by big tech companies in the European Union. As an Antitrust Attorney at the Ogmios Foundation, you will play a crucial role in advocating for fair competition, supporting investigations, and pursuing legal actions under EU Art 101 and 102.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis of complex antitrust issues related to big tech companies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to build compelling cases against anticompetitive practices.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Represent the Ogmios Foundation in hearings, negotiations, and court proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the Foundation's efforts to promote competition in the EU market.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from a reputable law school.
  • Admission to the bar in one or more EU member states.
  • Strong understanding of EU competition law, particularly EU Art 101 and 102.
  • Demonstrated experience in antitrust litigation, preferably with a focus on big tech companies.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A commitment to the Ogmios Foundation's mission of promoting fair competition in the EU.

  • A completed academic education;
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role in the past 6 years;
  • Affinity with EU Law
